Dear Customer/Supplier, in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation,” and concerning the personal data concerning you, our company, as the data controller, wishes to provide you with the following information.

2. Contact details of the data protection officer
A After verifying the applicability of Article 37 of the Regulation, the appointment of a data protection officer has been excluded as the company does not fall into any of the envisaged cases.
3. Purposes of the processing to which the data are intended and legal basis
The processing is aimed at carrying out the following activities: – Compliance with legal and/or contractual obligations, fulfillment of customs and practices related to the company’s commercial activities; – Accounting and administrative processing; – Management of legal obligations and disputes; Compliance with current legislation on health and safety at work; – Compliance related to the implementation of the company’s internal management system. The legal basis for the processing is constituted by the following elements: contracts for the acquisition/supply of goods or services, Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments regarding current legislation on health and safety at work, and regulations related to the application of the Civil Code and Criminal Code. The processing is carried out by means of operations or complexes of operations, in particular: collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, alteration, comparison, interconnection; selection, extraction, consultation, communication, blocking, erasure, and destruction; it is carried out with or without the use of electronic means; it is performed by the data controller’s organization and trusted companies, whose list is available from the data controller, which are our direct collaborators and operate independently as distinct external data controllers, obliged to comply with the regulations on the protection of personal data. Personal data are not subject to disclosure.
4. Legitimate interests of the data controller
In the event that processing is carried out under Article 6 (1) (f), it will be exclusively for the satisfaction of the legitimate interests of the data controller.
5. Recipients of personal data
The collected personal data may be communicated to: – all subjects to whom access to such data is recognized by virtue of regulatory provisions; – our employees within the scope of their respective duties; – all natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private, when the communication is necessary or functional to the performance of our activity and in the manners and for the purposes described.
6. Transfer of personal data abroad
The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations outside the European Union.
7. Period of retention of personal data
The parameter for the retention period of data is assumed to be the currently applicable fiscal retention period (10 years).
8. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right (Chapter III Rights of the Data Subject) to request access to personal data from the data controller, as well as rectification or erasure of the data, and the restriction or objection to their processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, please refer to the contact details mentioned above.
9. Withdrawal of consent
The data subject has the right to withdraw the consent given in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a).
10. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

11. Communication of personal data
The communication and subsequent processing of personal data constitute a necessary condition for the fulfillment of the existing contract with our company. Failure to communicate the data will result in the inapplicability of the contract.
12. Automated decision-making
The collected personal data will not be subjected to automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
